COMPETITIVE SEASON |
¤ Competitive season begins January 1. ¤ Competitive season traditionally finishes around mid to late March. ¤ All decisions for the upcoming competitive season are finalized at the preceding NCWGA Spring General Meeting. ¤ Follow the NCWGA Membership Packet for member requirements and procedures.

¤ All meets must follow USA Gymnastics Rules and Policies. ¤ For local meets, consult the NCWGA Meet Scheduling Procedure. ¤ For State Championships, see the NCWGA Level 7-10 State Championships Packet.

QUALIFICATION TO STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS Qualification Reporting Deadline: February 26

¤ Gymnasts may qualify to State Championships from a local meet only held in Region I with a 32.00 minimum All Around score. ¤ Coaches must report any gymnast, who is qualified to Level Seven State Championships, to their respective Zone Representatives by Monday, February 26th. ¤ Any gymnast who has not yet qualified may compete and still qualify on the final qualifying weekend, March 10-11. Coaches must report these gymnasts to their Zone Representative, and register with the State Championship Host by Monday, March 12th. ¤ For petition procedures, refer to current USA Gymnastics Rules and Policies. ¤ There is a $25 per gymnast late fee assessed to clubs for reporting late to Zone Representatives and late entry to Level Seven State Championships.

¤ Gymnasts must qualify to State Championships from a local meet held in Region I with a 32.00 minimum All Around score. ¤ Gymnasts who are qualified by two weeks prior to Level Seven State Championships must be reported to their respective Zone Representatives by Monday, February 27th. Any gymnast who qualifies on the final qualifying weekend, March 10-11, must be reported and registered by Monday, March 12th. ¤ For petition procedures, refer to current USA Gymnastics Rules and Policies. ¤ Suggested age groups for Level Seven State Championships: 7-11, 12-14, 15+, or as directed by USAG State Administrative Committee, prior to the competitive season. ¤ There is a $25 per gymnast late fee for late reporting to Zone Representatives and entries to Level Seven State Championships. ¤ Team competition is determined at the completion of the entire meet, by a teamÕs top three or four All Around gymnasts, regardless of age division, with the top three scores per event counting.*
